The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

Washington, Comox Lake, and beaches, you will have easy access to hiking, mountain biking and watersports. This is a pet-friendly home featuring a fully fenced backyard, I will send an extra invoice for $30 per night per pet. If you are here on business, take advantage of our office nook and wifi. This 2-BR unit is one of 3 in a quiet building. The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. There are many excursions close by including mountain biking, skiing, fishing, boating and hiking. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!

West Coast Cottage on Waterfront Property

Discover coastal bliss in our West Coast Cottage in Campbell River, just 30 mins from Mount Washington and nestled within close driving distance to Willow Point and downtown. Enjoy breathtaking ocean & mountain views, and wildlife from bald eagles to dolphins. Fire up the BBQ on your private deck, then later come enjoy the common firepit area! The cottage does not have ocean view, however, the waterfront is only 30 meters away on our property.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to beaches, trails, and downtown from this centrally located place. It is easy to bike or walk around Comox. The Comox Valley is a hub to mountain biking trails, notably Cumberland, Strathcona Park hiking trails, and Mount Washington skiing. Comox is on a peninsula surrounded by beautiful beaches. We also allow pets for a $45/trip but are willing to negotiate for shorter trips.
