There is no beach access from the property but we're just a short walk to the Alders Beach which offers long stretches of sand for walking, swimming and exploring tidal pools. Enjoy the parkade with option to trickle charge your EV or the private BBQ on the deck; store your gear in the secure storage room while you plan your evening visit to the hot tub or a movie to watch on the flat screen with surround sound - Bear Paws has it all!

Welcome to your cozy retreat in Cumberland! The Cumberland Coach House is a brand new, second story, self contained unit. We are family friendly, and we have all the kitchen utensils/cooking tools to make your stay comfortable. The Cumberland Coach house has air conditioning for those warm summer days. Located in the heart of Cumberland. It is a 3 minute walk to the main street where all the restaurants and the brewery is located. The best mountain biking trails are a 2 minute bike ride away!

Enjoy the comforts and amenities that the suite offers such as TV, Keurig coffee machine, mini fridge and WiFi. NOTE that no window covers are in place, bring your eye masks for sleeping.

Top of the world Penthouse, and the best action view on Mt Washington! Check out the daily conditions while you enjoy your coffee, and watch the kids play and toboggan out front, right from your windows. Ski out from the building and ski back through the village with a short walk back. This top floor unit is quiet, with no noise coming from above as we are the top floor. Well appointed for your convenience, and includes parking! Our home is your home so please come and enjoy!

Filled with artwork depicting the outstanding natural BC environment surrounds you, and can be discovered close by. Within a few minutes drive, you can be on the beach, immersed in the forest, on your way to the ski hill of Mt Washington, swimming in Comox Lake, or dipping at Nymph Falls . Good food, shopping and local arts await you. This is a great base for relaxing or outdoor adventures.

Watch for whales as you brew your morning espresso and plan your adventure. Take a walk to the amazing Seal Bay Park trails nearby or head out to explore the local beaches and mountains. Entrance is via your own private keyless entrance with ample parking right out front.

Wake up to the sounds of the waves and enjoy the sunsets and sea lions from your private balcony. It’s the perfect spot for a sunrise or sunset dip! We also have an outdoor picnic table where you can enjoy your meals, and a fire pit. Please note: our unit is accessible via one flight of stairs.

Close enough to the water to go for a stroll, paddle board or kayak and not too far a drive to local restaurants and shopping. Lots of mountain bike and walking trails not too far away and a 23 minute drive south of town to the Saltery Bay Ferry or 5 minute drive to the Comox Ferry.
