Beautiful country home centrally located in the quaint town of Goulds NL. Close to all the tourist/historic sites. 10 minutes from downtown St. John's. It is located on a fenced in 1/2 acre well-maintained lot. Private lower deck for barbecuing or just relaxing after a long day around a propane fire pit. Lots of Parking and RV's welcomed. There is a door bell cam on my door NOT the apartment door camera on the sec garage NO view of lower deck. Come and Enjoy our beautiful island we call home!
