Outside you can enjoy the comfort of a six- person hot tub, a koi pond, and berry picking in the summer and fall. The covered patio allows for all season use. A wonderful Cabin on the sea. It is comfortable and private, high cielings, one bedroom, bathroom, and full size sitting/breakfast/kitchen room with a long sofa. You are 500 feet from the wharf which is the hub of this outport. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The CABIN is located next to the Barn, Bunky and Sibley Tent on the property.

The cottage is located on route 90, Salmonier Line 0.5km from the Irish Loop Campground and Store, 5 minute drive to Salmonier Nature Park, 15 minutes to the town of Holyrood and 10 minutes to The Wild’s Resort & golf course.

Built in 1904 and recently remodelled Saltbox home with many touches of historical charm. Overlooking beautiful Bay Roberts Harbour and close to all amenities including; Wilber Sparks Complex, The Bay Arena, The Shoreline Heritage Trail, The Baccalieu Trail Brewery and the Newfoundland Distillery.
