Two bedroom home in a quiet, tree lined street. Great location means we have the main shopping precinct in the next block, outdoor pool and playground at the end of the street and pub for dinner just around the corner. Bedding features a queen in BR1 and single bunk over DOUBLE in BR2 - perfect for two couples or a family. We hope the inclusion of all your basic needs makes this an easy choice for the working week or quiet weekend visit. During December the house will be decorated for Christmas

Gorgeous two bedroom home with lake views! An unbeatable location in Hamilton, this is the place that you’ve been looking for! The kitchen is a dream, with modern appliances. A dining area, where you can enjoy your meals with a view. The 2 queen sized bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, both with their own bathrooms. Ideally located on Gray Street, Hamilton’s Main Street, you’ll be close to the lake, a hospital, a playground, pubs, restaurants, cafes, and just 2 minutes drive to the CBD.

The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi. This standalone, unique, private hideaway is situated on a large, quiet bush land block situated in the country town of Penshurst. Located 20 minutes from Dunkeld, the “Gateway” to the Grampians, 50 minutes from the Great Ocean Road, 40 minutes from coastal Port Fairy and 20 minutes to Hamilton. The perfect tranquil getaway to rest and relax or to travel to all the amazing tourist destinations close by. Sit by the fire pit and enjoy views of the Grampians or relax inside by the fire.

Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.

The Black Horse Inn - Coleraine

Built c 1854 as a coaching station, an addition was built in c1876 - this section is now available for guests. The apartment sleeps up to 4 adults with a queen sized bed in a separate bedroom, as well as a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the huge lounge area. There is a fully equipped kitchen also full separate laundry. There is an electric 'log fire' heater as well as split systems in both the lounge and bedroom. Free wifi and built-in USB charger.

The 1840’s cottage has been sensitively renovated and offers modern comforts while maintaining a truly authentic experience of historic Portland.

"Kurrawa" a bespoke, comfortable, quiet, get away

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.

Emerald Hill Cottage

Emerald Hill Cottage is a comfortable self contained, self catered cottage set in acreage surrounded by fruit trees, vegy patch and gardens. There are free range Guinea fowl and chickens. Set well back from Port Fairy road (200m) and beside hosts, Pete and Bronwyn's main homestead. Pete and Bron are not always on site so you are bound to have some quiet times where you are free to enjoy your surroundings.

Home on Hector

Unwind in this 2 bedroom home featuring an indoor spa bath, open plan kitchen and lounge with a large outdoor patio. The house features a spacious and well loved garden and is fully fenced on a large block. Pet friendly for well behaved outdoor fluffy friends. Off street parking in the driveway is welcome however there is no shed area access. Home on Hector is centrally located and in a quiet street.
