We are a 15-mi drive on an unpaved road, off-grid with full plumbing, but NO electricity. We provide hot water, grill & stove, propane, firewood & emergency internet. The “M” Mountain House

This house has enough room for your whole family. Three bedroom, which includes one large master bedroom, kitchen and dining area, living room, upstairs has two bedrooms and a work area. One bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There’s plenty of space in the yard to bring your outdoor toys! We are about 15 minutes away from the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, about 1 hour away from Great Sand Dunes National Park and Zapata Falls. There’s a lot of great fishing and hiking nearby.

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. PLEASE NOTE CATCH AND RELEASE FLY FISHING MAY NOT be available for the rest of the 2026 season due to extremely low water levels and high temps. Please message for availability prior to booking. Also please note, we do allow dogs, however we charge a $50 pet fee. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway with us!
