Welcome to our humble homestead! Private space, in a quiet neighborhood, our little getaway from home, built by yours truly. Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

Welcome to your cozy retreat in the West End of Downtown Greenville! This newly constructed, detached garage studio near the up and coming West End Village, Unity Park, and downtown offers easy access to the city's best entertainment, boutique shops, and vibrant food scene. Enjoy a queen-sized memory foam bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated dining area. High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV are included. Perfect for a peaceful escape with all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.

Container Cottage

Our Container Cottage is a rustic, former shipping container, now cozy cottage. Enjoy Greenville, SC at the only container home conveniently located to downtown Greenville. Sleep easy knowing that the neighborhood is safe. A fire station is located just a block over. The entire interior of the home is crafted with reclaimed wood. A short drive to downtown. Fenced in yard and dog friendly. Just a street over from a busy highway to which we have no control over the sound that carries over.

Our cottage is on a beautiful piece of property that makes you feel secluded and peaceful, but is only minutes away from amazing downtown Greenville, as well as quaint downtown Greer. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart tv, iron, ironing board, plush towels, high thread count sheets, choice of foam or feather pillows, and a choice of relaxing inside or outside on the screened porch with a heated throw. You'll love the abundant natural light in this peaceful one bedroom retreat. We are located in the Pettigru Historic District and are just a 5 minute walk from Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 15 minute walk to Main Street. This is an upstairs unit (1 of 3 total units located within the triplex) and has a private, exterior entrance. There's a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, bowls, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for your stay as well as a stocked Nespresso machine!

All it has to offer are just a short drive away. This lovely gem comes complete with the spoils of a soaking tub, spacious modern kitchen, & private outdoor lounge area. Complete with a propane fire pit, gas grill, outdoor projector & screen nestled beneath huge trees in a transitioning neighborhood.

Retreat to this romantic and stunning space for a weekend, wedding night, anniversary, business trip while exploring all that Greenville has to offer. This private residence sits above one of the best coffee shops in town near Greenville's famous Swamp Rabbit Trail. We would love to provide a place for you to enjoy.

Cozey home with a full sized kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom with an office that has a day bed with a trundle for extra sleeping space! Cleaning fee is included in rental fee. EV charger for electric vehicle is a NEMA 14-50 230 voltage outlet. You must bring your own charging cable to plug in the outlet.
