LemonDrop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access stairwell down to a small private beach directly on Lake Erie. Lake is viewable from the Kitchen or Bedroom windows. All New Windows, Hickory hardwood floors, shower, electric flat-top oven, retro-Fridge, retro-Microwave/Toaster, Keurig, "Casper Dream Max" King-size mattress, Twin sofa-bed, BBQ grill (propane provided), and fire pit with wood provided. The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

We are also located within walking distance of a few local restaurants This space is also located within an hour of Erie Pa and Cleveland Ohio.
