The town includes many shops and restaurants, along with Colby Sawyer College and The New London Barn Playhouse. Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

This sunny, private suite with a separate entrance and driveway is convenient to everything. If you are going to a concert at the Arena, working downtown, visiting Elliot Hospital, or needing a place to stay while in the Manchester area, it is the place for you. A microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, sitting area, and dining table make meals easy. Your full bathroom comes with soft towels and a hairdryer. The Sunflower Retreat is a private, self-contained, peaceful hideaway. Located in the back half of an adorable 1920's home, this BnB space has everything you could need. A driveway leads you around to the back of the house, where a stone walkway guides you to your own private patio and entrance. A comfortable queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, closet, dining nook, black-out curtains, eatery, and television are included. Free street parking. Located in close proximity of many things!

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Charming studio in renovated 19th century church.

This spacious studio apartment is located in the former Swedish Congregational Church in historic Swedeville, a secluded hilly neighborhood built by Swedish immigrants in the 1800's. For years it housed Rick and Liza’s stained glass studio, which they have now lovingly and creatively transformed into a residence. The rental is minutes from the interstate and one mile from downtown Brattleboro, but the neighborhood has a rural and somewhat European flavor to it.

With access to a hot tub, and hiking trails right outside the door, this space is a brand new build with cozy cabin vibes.
