In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Canoeing easily accessible. Review from Allison: Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful house, everything you need for your stay. Lovely area with plenty to do and see. Charmant et paisible appartement (de plein pied) dans une agréable résidence de vacances à Montignac, au cœur du Périgord Noir. Les piscines (une pour les grands, une pour les tous petits) sont chauffées de début mai à fin septembre. Le logement est située à 5mn de la grotte Lascaux et de la rivière « La Vézère », proche de Sarlat et des principaux sites en Dordogne (grottes, châteaux...). Cet appartement entièrement rénové offre un séjour reposant et dépaysant pour toute la famille.

Venez découvrir en famille ou entre amis les hauts lieux de la Préhistoire, la vallée des cinq châteaux, des villages classés parmi les plus beaux de France.

With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and cycling. 2 major bathing areas at the bicycle distance from the house. 2 minute walk to the local bakery and restaurants. The house offers a nice garden, several nice patios. Perfect for a family/group of 7-9.
