We have a gem of a granny flat attached at the back end of our home. It comes with its own entrance less than 800 meters from the stunning northern beaches of WA! Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

We offer our beautiful “Beachy Seashell” Holiday stay in the heart of Connolly. The location is perfect to visit the beautiful beaches of Perth, the Golf Course or Hillary's Boat Harbour. At Hillary's you can take the ferry to Rottnest. The most beautiful island in WA. Only a few minutes away you have shopping centres, Cafe's, Restaurants and Joondalup Hospital. To get to the city we can offer you a ride to the train station. The bus stop is just a 4 min walk away.
