Locația se află într-un bloc nou, din 2021, în apropierea spațiului comercial Vivo mall, iar la parter este Profi.Vis-a-vis se află maternitatea Euromaterna. Accesul facil cu mașina sau autobuzul(stația este în fata blocului).Locația este la 5 minute de mers cu mașina de stațiunea Mamaia. Apartamentul este spațios, cu 3 camere(6 persoane). Mobilierul și aparaturile sunt noi și performante. Bucătăria open-space este complet utilată. Baia este spațioasă și dotată cu cadă.Loja este pentru fumat.

Luximar Mamaia apartment is the perfect choice if you wish to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The apartment is located near Hotel Iaki, across hotel Queen Vera. The building is quite new, finalized in 2019, It is very accessible and easy to spot. It is very close to the beach 3 minutes walk, 5-10 min away from Princess Summer Club. There is also a free parking lot where you can leave your car without any problem.
