Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time

A tranquil and private mountain retreat where water, forest and mountains will re-awaken the soul. Set high on the mountain slopes of Constantia Nek, Blackwood Log Cabin has panoramic views across the lush valley to the mountains beyond. The 2 bedroomed house sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony/garden courtyard. It is best suited for professionals and couples. It is an open plan area, therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 adults.
