Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and a 3/4 bathroom, the other two bedrooms have full beds. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! Located on 1.38 acres, this 3 bed/2 bath home is across the street from Petit Jean State Park and Lake Bailey. It's also walking distance to the Outpost, Coffeehouse, & very close to Visitors Center, campgrounds, & Museum of Automobiles. Gnomes are hidden throughout the grounds & makes for a fun search for the whole family and deer frequent the property in the evenings.

There is a private boat ramp with easy access to AR river for fishing or duck hunting. Fish along the bank or enjoy watching the barges go by. Conveniently located close to Petit Jean grave site that is 1.5 miles and Petit Jean State Pk is only 5.5 miles.
