A scenic, cosy but spacious, private annex. Situated in walking distance of Old Colwyn, which has plenty of amenities. Within driving distance of popular tourist hot spots such as Llandudno, Conwy, the Snowdonia range and a short walk to Eirias Stadium for gigs and events. Check out our Guidebook for a full summary. Tea making facilities included as well as bedding and towels. Situated in large courtyard with views of sea & hills. En-suite toilet, sink and bath with sit down shower head mixer.

The Old Wash House

Small converted wash house and garage, in a quiet residential, non-tourist area. Within 10 minutes drive of local attractions, e.g. Conwy, Llandudno, Bodnant Gardens, Welsh Mountain Zoo. Close to the A55 for wider exploration. Sleeps 4: 2 in the double downstairs, and 2 children aged over 5, or able bodied adults on the sleeping platform. Groups need to be ease with each other, as the sleeping areas are open plan. To book, confirm that the stairs and low headroom are suitable for your group

Bluebell Cottage is a detached, cosy, self-contained holiday cabin with views over Snowdonia. Colwyn Bay Garden Cottage

A small self contained cottage in the back garden of our family home. Ideal for families, couples or solo travellers. Double bed in the main living space + separate bunk room. Kitchen area is fully equipped if you choose to eat in. Great base to explore: 5-10 mins to beaches; fabulous walks; zoo; local shops; and plenty of tourist attractions within a 20 min drive. We have a cat and a dog, so as long as you are happy to share our garden space, we'll be happy to have you here!

Take a break and unwind at Yr Atodiad - escape to the peace and quiet of the Welsh countryside and enjoy the fresh air, gorgeous walks, and just being in the moment. You will have use of our cosy self contained annexe - with parking, wood burning stove, and basic kitchen facilities. The views of farm land, open countryside and our garden are stunning. We usually have chickens and there are often lambs in our small fields.
