Welcome to Pen y Felin. It’s on a quiet, leafy lane less than a mile from Conwy. It’s a modern, 1960’s, detached house decorated with contemporary fabrics and white walls. You have your own, private entrance into your bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Everything has been upgraded and refurbished in September 2021. The bedroom has a double bed, drawers and hanging space, tea and coffee making facilities, a table top fridge, desk, Smart TV with FreeSat, and wi-if. I do NOT accept children or pets

Hopewells in the heart of Llandudno. Two beaches!

A delightful 3 room annex attached to a Victorian House, has a separate entrance via rear of property, use of garden. Ingredients for a Light Breakfast included. In the heart of Llandudno, walking distance to two beaches and town. Stunning Snowdon mountains are only a few miles away with the many attractions of North Wales available within a short car ride. Train and bus amenities nearby. A variety of restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk, but not so close as to cause noise!

The Walkers’ Cwtch with amazing views

A warm, fully equipped and comfortable self contained studio full of surprises that make you smile. The design is a celebration of the local area beauty bringing the outdoors inside. Practical and restful, it’s perfect as a walkers retreat whether you are a loved up couple or 2 close friends. Brilliantly located in the middle of Snowdonia National Park, it looks onto Bleanau Ffestiniog, which has recently become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is a multitude of walks from the door step.

The Magnolia

Unwind in this beautiful, cosy retreat situated in the picturesque coastal town of Rhôs on Sea, North Wales. Comfortably sleeping up to four people with one king size bed and a double sofa bed with a travel cot available. We are in a brilliant spot being a short walk away from Rhôs on Sea village, beach, restaurants and supermarkets with easy access to public transport; and only a ten minute drive away from the historical town of Conwy and just under an hour away from snowdonia national park.

Self contained guest suite in historic village

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Welcome to our newly refurbished, cosy, self contained apartment. We live in the attached property and will be on hand to offer you a warm welcome. Ideal for solo travellers or couples wanting to explore all that North Wales has to offer, we are situated just off the A55 in an ideal location 5 minuite drive to the beach, hill walking, Conwy Castle and Local pubs. The village itself has a train Station, super markets, Pubs Etc.The near by busy seaside town of Llandudno is great for shopping.

Fferm y Bryn (Bryn Farm)

Small self contained SELF CATERING annex attached to owner's farmhouse with it's own private entrance and outside seating area on working family farm with cattle. Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. Good base for guests who enjoy being outdoors either walking, cycling or visiting Snowdonia. Car essential due to location. Sorry, no Pets.

Private Garden Annexe beautifully furnished

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

Self contained riverside suite, Llanfairfechan

Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

This cosy self-contained annexe is set in a quiet residential area of Kinmel Bay/Towyn, with its own private entrance and a lovely enclosed garden perfect for relaxing after a day out. 🛏 The Space 1 bedroom with a small double bed Open plan living room and kitchen Fully equipped kitchenette with full size cooker, pots, pans, and utensils Shower room with toilet (please note: sink has cold water only) 🌿 Outdoor Area Private garden with seating

Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub (optn) & Sea Views

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

The Nook - is a self contained holiday suite with views over Snowdonia - with kitchen, bathroom, bed sitting room, sun patio, private entrance & off road parking. Sleeping two in one king bed.
