Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

TN Hawks Nest (wildlife viewing, very private)

No cleaning fee! We have a new bathhouse! Open cabin no electric! See photos! Adults only On a rocky cliff above a stream! Folks come here to get away from the noise and bustle, artists to work in the beautiful setting. Walk to the top of the hill and see incredible stars on a clear night. Fall asleep listening to the great horned owl calling to her mate. Watch dawn light up the small valley below, perhaps catch a glimpse of the red fox as he passes. Bring ice for cooler.

Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina).
