Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

Come enjoy the Mtn air in the comfort of our 768 sf cabin on 5 wooded acres with a private Lake. Listen to the coyote's howl, campfires burn bright, and night sky's brindle with the twinkle of distant stars and fireflies. Daytime, pull on your hiking boots and enjoy the many nearby state parks, lakes, and waterfalls. Just 3.5 miles off I-40, easy to bounce in town or down the mtn for the perfect meal. Zipline, paddleboat, campfires supplied & memories abound! Hosts available 24/7.

Nature Lovers Paradise

Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest for a day or stay a week!

Our beautiful tiny houses, in our garden, king size bed, bath, charcoal grill, outside wood stove with cooking area . big farm, garden, hikes, , bluegrass music sometimes, 2.5 miles from Burgess Falls, 12 min to Walmart. Also see Red Mule Lodge next door, a little bigger with a big screened porch. Ponies, dogs, music. king size bed plus one single size bed.
