Large living room windows and a spacious deck provide you with a bird’s eye view of the rippling river and many types of wild life. Deer amble through the property; eagles soar and keep an eagle eye on everything. Turkeys, squirrels, coons, and myriad of birds go about their business in this serene environment. The Cattle Valley Lodge has something to offer every family member. 2 spacious bedrooms with a king bed & 2 queens. Sofa pull out bed, air mattress & cots for extra sleeping areas. Open kitchen/dining/living room provides an awesome space to entertain your family & friends. Large dining table & unique pub style barrel table w/tractor seat stools.

Little House on the Pretty! Tiny Home in Woods

Little House on the Pretty(LHP) is part of Sittin Pretty Farm. LHP is tucked into the woods giving a place to retreat and restore. The home is finely crafted embodying a simple elegance and character of the Driftless locale. Once inside, a sense of marvel and serenity are sure make heartfelt memories. We are six miles from Viroqua and nestled among Amish Paradise with several neighboring Amish farms. In season the Amish have roadside vegetable stands where you can purchase veggies and pie!

Sunsets on the Edge

My place is 10 minutes from downtown La Crosse, close to the airport, but you'll feel a world away. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet, but mostly THE VIEWS. All the modern conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, shower and stove/fridge, washer & dryer. You'll never see the same sunset! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers. Full list of amenities available, but worth noting here that coffee is NOT provided. There is a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for pods.

Rustic cabin in an orchard at Echo Valley Farm

Rustic cabin near Wildcat Mountain State Park and Kickapoo Valley Reserve. A quiet place to disconnect, hike, and enjoy the Driftless. The cabin has electricity, supplied water and a non chemical port-o-let, a heater, wood stove (we supply all indoor wood), fire pit and charcoal grill. Our Bakery is open Saturday-Sunday 9-4, May -October or order in advance off season. Short walk from parking to the cabin; we will transport your gear if needed. Enjoy our trails! LGBTQ owned. South Ridge Cabin

This newly built cabin has all the modern comforts in a quiet relaxing setting. Sit on the patio and watch the wildlife and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Cabin includes large open kitchen and living room area with sliding glass doors to patio. The kitchen incudes full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. The cabin has separate bed room with Queen Bed and pull out sofa sleeper in living room and full bath. Includes Wi-Fi, AC, Smart TV, DVD Player, Gas Grill, Fire Pit and is pet friendly.

Relax into the slower pace of river life. We are located on a laid back street where everyone is ready with a friendly wave or a driveway chat. The boat landing is just a mile away. The house is stylish and comfortable. We hope to provide our guest with whatever the need for a few days away. We are in a high PFAs area so bottled water is provided for guest consumption. Enjoy a comfortable experience at this centrally-located rental, just steps away from downtown Viroqua. Grab a coffee at Wonderstate Cafe before heading over to the farmers market right next door. Explore the thriving art scene and local shops, before finishing off the evening with a dinner at the Driftless Cafe. This will also make a great homebase for hiking, biking, fishing, and paddling out in the great Driftless area. We love our little town, and hope you do too!

Hidden Falls Cabin

Tucked away in one of the Driftless Region's many valleys, you find our quaint cabin over a small bridge that spans our creek. Get a break from the hustle & bustle with us in a cabin with all modern amenities and a handcrafted charm we've worked to cultivate for you. This cabin is on our property where we reside, as well as rental property, with two tenants. All guests and well behaved dogs are welcome for an addition dog fee!
