This very nice condo with a nice spacious balcony is at the top floor from a 3 store building on a safe in closed property with 8 apts . , and available for rental again after being occupied full time . Perfect property for a family or couples. On top of the property you can enjoy the pool and huge patio with ocean view and spectacular sunsets . Great area for grilling and hanging out . It is in a quiet neighborhood at walking distance to the beach, public transport, and the center of town .
