The Green Arrow Loft

Situated right on the state line this studio apartment is nestled in its own little corner of the gorgeous Colestine Valley. We're located on 80 acres that adjoin the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument to the north, perfect for a scenic hike or a casual stroll. Nature and wildlife abound, and though quiet and private the Loft is just five minutes off I-5 and 25 minutes from unique downtown Ashland. We're pet friendly and have an outdoor pool! The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. Quiet, relaxing, newly renovated cottage built in 1906. - Conveniently located near downtown, just off of highway 97 for easy in and out hotel-like access. - Walking distance to the downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. - Enjoy sunsets, moonrises and more with scenic views of Lake Euwana and the nearby mountains as the backdrop from the giant picture window inside or outside on the covered porch. - Just a short walk (or biking) distance to the historic Link River and Eulalona trails!

Sunset Ranch is just far enough away from the busyness of town to enjoy the most brilliant star-filled skies from the deck or take a short walk to the top of our property and watch the sun set over Klamath Lake! Situated off of Hwy 97, we are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Oregon Tech and Sky Lakes Medical Center. Downtown Klamath Falls is just 8 minutes away.

Peaceful Woodland Cabin Nearby Wagner Creek

Welcome to our cozy cabin, nestled in Oregon’s lush forest beside a seasonal creek. Blending rustic craftsman charm with a bohemian flair, our cabin provides a warm ambiance with a well-equipped kitchenette , living room, and a walnut bar-top dining area. In the mezzanine loft, find an organic queen bed and a workspace with a fold-out futon. Enjoy our wood fired hot tub, Wagner Creek trails, nearby wineries and the Shakespeare festival, offering a mix of nature’s beauty and local culture.

The Cedar Cottage - creekside studio

This vintage guest house is nestled along Neil Creek in the beautiful Rogue Valley. Only 4 miles (10 min drive) from the downtown plaza of Ashland you can enjoy restaurants, boutiques and the world famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Mt. Ashland is 30 minutes away and we are mere minutes from hiking and biking locations. We are conveniently located directly across the street from the public golf course, Oak Knoll, with easy access to I-5. Cedar Cottage is your perfect home away from home!

The Pleasant Cottage

Ideal spot for the traveling professional! I travel for work myself, so I know what you want in an Airbnb. My home feels like home, not just a place to stay and is clean, modern, and tasteful. Enjoy sleeping one of the elevated log beds, enjoying your coffee at the bottle-cap bar table, working remotely from comfortable and well-lit living room, unwinding around the fire pit, or enjoying a sunset on the back deck. Note: two houses nearby are quite rundown. Harmless, but trashy potheads.

The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Countryman-Fox Carriage House

Considering the central location of this little gem, it is amazingly peaceful. To add to this charm, the cottage is fresh & bright with a lovely view across the valley. What a joy to walk across the street to the theater & dinner without parking issues. Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most. Charging is available for your electric cars in the upper parking area.
