Very private, cozy, and eclectic. Total renovation, Living room with fireplace, separate dining room, brand new kitchen with gas range and French Door refrigerator. Master with king bed and guest room has a workspace. Washer & Dryer Pet Notes: Pets have to be approved in advance of stay and pet fees will be charged Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed. Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.
