Futon couch in living room can be opened for extra sleeping space. Full size fridge, stove/oven and stackable washer/dryer in unit.

The Loft House is located on 3 acres of property shared with our home, mini farm (including chickens) and our storage business which is great for providing assistance with anything our guests might need.

Enjoy the historical charm of this original built 1911 home that was moved post 1964 earthquake to its current location in the new Valdez townsite.
