We fell in love with Santo António and we want you to experience the same thing - that's why we want to share our house with you. Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. There are air conditionings in the room and living room. You’ll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺. We will welcome you at the apartment and share all of our knowledge and recommendations with you. We will also be on hand during your stay – should you have any problems or queries we are only a phone call away. The entrance lobby of the building have 24h security camera, this is a request from the condominium and is full compliance with portuguese law privacy policies We promise you will enjoy your stay, however, be warned! You may never want to leave! Price for 2 people using all the house; you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room, garden etc. This apartment could be used as a temporary Office, and has great work place. You will get the keys from us personally and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and the neighborhood. Located in the Santo António district, the home places you at the center of Lisbon's historic architecture and culture. Quaint, cobbled streets lead you delicious restaurants and charming cafes with the city center just a short walk away. 3 min walking from/to the metro stations Restauradores or Avenida and 5 min walking from the train station Rossio (Sintra train). CHIADO STUDIO IV GREAT APARTMENT!

This apartment is located in a 3rd floor of an XVIII century totally renovated building with elevator in the Chiado area of Lisbon. Inside the apartment You'll find all the amenities and comfort for a great short or long stay in Lisbon! From the air conditioning to the central heating passing by the small kitchen appliances like the orange juice squeezer and the toaster all was thought to maximize comfort. The apartment has a kitchenette with two electric hobbs, a microwave and a dishwasher. The design of the apartment makes it look like an open space, but at the same time the lounge area with dinning space, is well divided by the sleeping area. There is very comfortably seating for 4/5 in the lounge, and the dinning area accommodates 4 also very comfortably. A lounge chair that turns is perfect for reading while relaxing. The bathroom is in white Portuguese marble and boasts a large Shower enclosure as well as a bidet. There is a closet in the bedroom. The decoration of the apartment follows modern and simple lines, but always keeping in mind the main features of the building and its XVIII century construction. The apartment accommodates 4 very comfortably, has a double bed in the bedroom and an oversized sofa where 2 single beds can be made. Cable TV and Wireless internet are available and complimentary. The area of Largo do Carmo and Chiado with Rua Garrett is one of the most stylish in Lisbon, and the perfect spot to stay while visiting. The Baixa/Chiado metro station is about 200 meters from the apartment. This apartment's ceiling height is 3 meters, and has one large window doors to the balcony, as well as another window. Tagus River, Lisbon rooftops, are one of the main features of this amazing studio apartment. The balcony has 2.2 meters by 75 cm. The perfect place to stay while in Lisbon! The place for You!
