This home is known for its stunning views from the expansive deck and with amazing wildlife viewing. The home is near San Juan County Park for beach access and the iconic Lime Kiln Light House. The owner’s home is located next door, yet separated by two garage structures, leaving a feeling of seclusion.

Unwind in your private suite with a walkout entrance on the lower level of our family home, nestled on 2 acres beside Elk Lake Park. Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

Beautiful, fresh, modern, oceanside feel space to enjoy all that the west coast has to offer in incredible Brentwood Bay! Wonderful private suite in a quiet neighbourhood with owner on site. You will find all the amenities for your stay including fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer dryer, parking, cable, internet, and a private covered patio and yard. Very close proximity to the ocean, Butchart Gardens, hiking, beaches and lakes. Only 25 minutes to downtown.

Cozy Cordova Bay suite with Ocean View

Cozy lower level space w/an ocean view, private entrance & patio. Great for couples. 5 mins from Cordova Bay beaches, Elk Lake, Mattick’s Farm, Gigis Deli & market, Adrienne's Restaurant, Cordova Bay Golf Course, Mount Douglas & more. 15 mins from the ferry & DT (by car). Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. (Ex: Toast, oatmeal etc) *Please note that the space has a lot of stairs

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

If you are a biking enthusiast the Galloping Goose trail is at your doorstep.

Our location is in a beautiful quiet part of Victoria called Cordova Bay. We’re walking distance to the ocean and beach, and also to grocery, restaurants, walking trials, parks and golf courses! We’re about a 20min drive from the ferries, 15min from the airport, and about 15min right into downtown Victoria.

1 bedroom suite just steps from the beach at Hollydene Park. Our central location is perfect for exploring the nearby beaches and neighbourhoods of Cadboro Bay, Oak Bay and Gordon Head, and just a short drive or bus to downtown. The University of Victoria is a short walk. You have your own private, contained suite, with parking on site and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the smell of the ocean and relax in the modern, comfy surroundings.

Oceanfront Studio with Hot Tub

We're located oceanfront in beautiful Maple Bay near biking/hiking trails, Maple Bay beach, pubs and restaurants. This cozy Studio offers stunning views and is complete with a kitchenette, full-piece bathroom and a hot tub. Suite has its own private entrance. Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Please note: Driveway is sloped, with set of stairs to Guest Suite.
