We offer our guests a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed and possibly an additional single bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen (complete with everything) with a welcome bottle of water, cold / hot air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, bath and bed linens, shower shampoo / soap, shower caps , slippers (on request), hairdryer and safe. The apartment is located inside a historic mansion of the '700, where you can visit the old mill, a historic library and a family chapel. A buffet breakfast with sweet and savory food is served in a pretty courtyard or inside the hall of the tanks of the ancient mill, tastefully renovated. You can also use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by secular olive-groves. The apartment is just minutes away, by car, from the seafront in Rossano, the town center and the beautiful old town!

Il Palazzo Scura è una residenza antica ristrutturata mantenendo l'architettura originaria ma con tutti i nuovi confort. La sua posizione gode di una vista tra mare e montagna, accessibilità ai centri urbani e a soli 20 minuti dalla spiaggia. Tutte le camere godono di bagno privato con doccia e la mattina viene servita la colazione sulla terrazza.
