A beautiful ocean front home overlooking the coral reefs of the Caribbean sea. Offering 150 feet (45 meters) of private, white sand beach just steps from the house. The 2 acre property is located on the east side of Little Corn Island, on Cocal Beach. Our home has an open space design with fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers and screened in back porch over looking a manicured lawn with palm trees. A two person hammock is on site. Walking distance to restaurants, dive shops etc

This special place on Little Corn Island is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. With a small fridge and cooktop, fresh homemade coffee is a great way to start your day. Newly refurbished rooms at Los Delfines hotel cater to a longer term guest with a fully equipped kitchenette. Filtered water from the faucet make it easy to reduce plastic waste. Wi-Fi is available for guests which makes this apartment great for remote work. This apartment is on the ground floor.

Farm Peace & Love - Guest Suite en Little Corn

We are at 20 -25 minutes from the village, on the quiet side of the island in a secluded area, away from the nightlife. Guests have free access to all the farm's products . The suite, in the east wing of the main house, has its own private entrance and access to the garden and the beach, 1 bedroom with a queen and a single bed, bathroom, shower, porch with dining area and kitchen. The suite has power 24h a day, mosquito nets, drinking water and maid service. Maximum 3 adults, no children.

Cabana Casita, Dereks Place

The Casita cabana offers an incredible view located near the beach. It features a charming veranda complete with a hammock and a comfortable lounge chair. This cabana is a double bed cabana. With a private bathroom with a lovely shower. The shower is thoughtfully designed to conserve water, boasting a ceiling of sky, a floor of smooth rock, and walls made of bamboo. We've filled the dispensers with our own natural handmade soaps, crafted with care and creativity, for your enjoyment.

Coconut castle looks on deserted beach . Private covered pergola provides outdoor living space. Fully equipped mini kitchen . Fresh herbs and fruits from our garden. Enjoy a hot shower with our structured water system . The loft bedroom with great overhead fan, air-conditioning or open screened windows for sea breeze. All you need is bring is your favorite fishing pole, swimsuit or dance dress. Best to book flights a week to 10 days in advance as they fill up quickly.

Find yourself tucked away, in this little escape. Just minutes away from the heart of the island's restaurants and activities. Close to the wharf where you will arrive and depart the island. 24-Power, Hot Water, & Wifi! Keep it simple at this beautiful and centrally-located place. Please Note: While I love my space and have worked on it very hard. There are a couple of local bars near my property on the beach, and they can sometimes play very loud music late into the night.
