Ascent House | Keene

A unique retreat meticulously crafted for resting and recharging after exploring in our beautiful Adirondack Wilderness. Flooded with natural light, every room offers calming frames of nature. Watch the sun peak through the forest and rise over the mountains through expansive windows. Ascend the levels of the house, each revealing more landscape. Experience a designer woodfired traditional Finnish sauna & totally recharge while embracing our harsh Adirondack weather. We hope you love it here.

Located centrally to three ski resorts, mountain biking, hiking , kayaking, swimming, you name it. An inviting home in any season!

Purple Door Cottage is located in the heart of Middlebury on a peaceful side street. Completely renovated, AC & heat everywhere, lots of comfy beds, great deck with grill and fire ring, fast WiFi, king bedroom for the parents, fun guest room with 1 queen, 1 full & 1 twin, full bath & 1/2 bath. Walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and even the College! Incredibly well designed home can comfortably accommodate a couple or a crowd! Brand new 55" Smart TV, new beds, linens, sofas, etc.

The Spring Hill House

Escape to a haven of natural beauty and tranquility at The Spring Hill House. Our unique bow roof home offers breathtaking views of Camel’s Hump and the majestic Green Mountains, the perfect setting for a rejuvenating getaway. Despite being removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, The Spring Hill House is still centrally located, providing easy access to some of Vermont's most popular destinations. Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

You will be close to everything the village of Middlebury has to offer when you stay at this centrally-located, light-filled home. A short walk to Middlebury's coffee shops, retail stores, and restaurants. Very close to Middlebury College and just minutes from hiking, biking, skiing, and many other outdoor activities in the mountains and on the shores of Lake Dunmore or Lake Champlain. Perfect for a quiet stay in town or as an adventure home base. Off-street parking for two cars.

A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

Forest Hideaway

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

Welcome to your new Vermont escape! This custom-built 2BR/1BA pet and smoke free home is nestled in the foothills of the green mountains. Our home sits on a 14 acre lot and is close to hiking, skiing, a horse farm, lakes and Rutland (10 mins). You will love the woodwork, luxury white bedding, floor-to-ceiling windows, massive sunny deck, and peace and quiet. There is plenty of space for family memory making, your peaceful mountain retreat awaits!

Vermont Highland

Large private home built in 1890. Stained glass windows, pocket doors. 4 bedrooms, 9 beds ...two of the bedrooms have 1 queen and a daybed with trundle, third bedroom has 1 queen and fourth bedroom has a daybed with a trundle (this room is still awaiting some floor work but is function-able for sleeping) and a full size couch can be used as well in the TV room which has doors for privacy.
