This quiet attached room is located on a dead end street close to OSU. The gas fireplace gives this large, one room, one bathroom space a cozy feel. The separate entrance and free parking add to the privacy and convenience. The many windows face a large private backyard that has a park like feel. The patio and yard are available for use by guests through prior arrangements with owner. Outside seating is always available on the other side. The oversized couch is big enough for two to sleep on.

You'll be close to everything Salem! This is an entire unit in a duplex with privacy. Enjoy wifi, full coverage cell service, and Xfinity hotspot service. You'll have the entire place to yourself. My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor.
