Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Cob House (Earth Home, Hot Tub, Garden, River)

The Cob House is a one-of-a-kind, hand-built retreat crafted from sand, clay, and straw—just like they did centuries ago. This cozy, retreat offers a peaceful escape into nature with all the comfort & privacy you need to unwind. Inside, with a queen-sized bed, a AC/Heater and coffee & tea & snacks. The Little 1880 Cottage

The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

The Cellar (Jacuzzi,Sauna,Cold Plunge and Massage)

This truly unique and peaceful home is appropriately named “The Cellar”. The townhouse provides two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, a fenced backyard, and a spacious living room with entertainment for all ages. The townhouse is in a safe, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood within walking distance (1 miles) to the Hospital, city parks, convenience stores, and restaurants and minutes of drive to HP, OSU campus, Reser Stadium, Grocery store, and Corvallis Downtown. You will have the entire house, pravite parking and backyard.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Lincoln Block House is a beautiful, comfortable cabinish home in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are a day trip away from the Oregon Coast, the mountains or the city. We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus. My husband and I built this house ourselves and would love to share its special charm with you. A true home away from home.

While we are close to nature, we are also only a 10 minute drive to the hospital as well as dining and shopping on the North side of Corvallis.
