In the heart of beautiful Amish country we are just minutes away from popular attractions. The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. The cabin sits atop a wooded hillside where the front deck perches 30' above the winding and tranquil Salt Creek beneath you.

This rustic 2-bedroom cabin is conveniently located on large private pond just outside the city limits of Mt. Vernon with shopping, dining, brewery and entertainment. We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, max 2 pets) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.

Enjoy the steaming hot tub, gas grill, and tree top views. *note on location: the A-frame is visible from the road during the winter months

Buckeye Lake Retreat

A great place for families and fishermen Beautiful home right on the channel and direct access to the lake. Excellent for fishing, catching catfish right from the dock. It's an excellent place to relax and unwind. Fish directly off the dock or use the Kayaks included to explore the lake. We have an extra-long dock that can accommodate your boat(s). Fully equipped kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and a gas grill. There is a fire pit for the nights you want a campfire.
