Located on the first floor of a prestigious condominium with pool (see in Other details the operating dates) is a bright one bedroom apartment furnished in Sardinian style with a comfortable queen size bed, complete kitchen and living room with table and a beautiful sofa bed, full bathroom with shower. Located in a quiet location just a few mins from the stunning beach of ​​Porto Istana and enjoys a beautiful panorama that encompasses all the essence of Sardinia.

Il Mirtino is a small and welcoming one bedroom apartment on the first floor in the center of the Myrsine Residence in Murta Maria. It’s about 10 minutes from Olbia airport and the port. The main services such as bars, supermarket, restaurants, bus stop, laundry and pharmacy are also reachable on foot. A 10 minute walk takes you to the beach of Marina Maria and in a few minutes by car you will find wonderful beaches such as Porto Istana, Cala Brandinchi, Porto Taverna, Cala Girgolu, La Cinta.

Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
