Quiet space 25' by metro to BCN center

Comfortable suite with bathroom + living room with another single bed + work and dining area in a residential neighborhood with connection to BCN (25' by train). Ideal for relaxing , with the advantage of fast and frequent public transportation, such as the metro (fare zone 1). The space occupies the first floor of a single-family home, and we live on the lower floor. Access is via a staircase on the side of the house, passing through our garden. With a business license and all permits in order.

The large pool terrace might be shared with other few guests who stays in the other 4 bedrooms, a maximum of 12 persons. Rustic annex

Rustic Annex sleeps 1 to 2 people ( Dogs are welcome ). The apartment has small fridge and gas hob as we are off grid there is no microwave, has a tv and small eating area and sofa , separate bedroom room with large super king bed ,outside sitting area and a gas bbq ,in the winter months there is a log burning fire , Ten minutes to the beautiful fishing village of L'Ametlla De Mar. Please note the public road to house is tarmac with few bumps due to tree roots

Licencia: Situada a 1km de Maspujols, 5km de Reus, 15km de la Costa Dorada (Port Aventura) y 20km de Tarragona. Proxima a la sierra de Prades, cercano a zonas de escalada, Arbolí (22km), la Mussara (20km) y Siurana (29km). Zonas turísticas, de interés cultural. Casita anexa a la casa familiar cuenta con; Cama matrimonio, sofá/litera, kitchenette, wc, ducha, fregadera y patio privado exterior de uso exclusivo para huéspedes. Piscina y bbq de uso compartido.

Het appartement (60m2) is volledig privé maar wel inpandig in onze masia . Wij bevinden ons in alle rust maar wel op loopafstand van het levendige dorp Horta de sant joan en aan de autovrije wandel-en fietsroute Via verde, midden tussen olijf-en amandelbomen, wijngaarden en schitterende uitzichten. Het natuurpark Els Ports is slechts 10 minuten met de auto. Bijzonderheden: Alleen 14+, ontbijt is inclusief, huisdieren welkom in overleg. Tot ziens in "Mas Karmel"
