Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

Die Villetta Matteo ist unsere Privatunterkunft an der Costa Paradiso (Blickrichtung Korsika). Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Dalla terrazza privata e dalla jacuzzi riscaldata a 32 °C in comune, in mezzo a una natura selvaggia, incontaminata e unica, potrai godere di una vista mozzafiato sul meraviglioso mare della Sardegna in totale tranquillità. La casa è fresca, il terrazzo spazioso con barbecue e il relax assicurato. Dopo che hai posteggiato l'auto, nel posto riservato, dovrai scendere degli scalini e percorrere un breve viottolo. Giunto all'ingresso della casa aprirai la porta d'ingresso e, davanti ai tuoi occhi, ti apparirà la splendida distesa del mare con il suo l'orizzonte. Solo dopo aver ammirato il panorama mozzafiato vorrai vedere l'interno della casa

Casa Li Cossi

This accommodation’s location is unique and offers a stunning view of the sea, the Li Cossi canyon and the surrounding nature. From the veranda you can see beautiful sunsets (for several months of the year it can be seen directly into the sea) and from the terrace you can admire the sunrise over the peaks of surrounding hills. The sea, where the path to the famous sandy beach of Li Cossi begins, is 900 m on foot or 2.2 km by car. The house is 950 m from the center.

Wir vermieten unser kleines aber stilvolles Gästehaus im Norden Sardiniens inmitten der wunderschönen Gallura, fernab vom touristischen Trubel der Küstenstädte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.

Im ruhigen, abgeschiedenen Teil von Costa Paradiso mit seiner atemberaubenden Küste sowie versteckten, einsamen Felsbuchten gelegen und mit Meerblick von allen Zimmern und Terrassen - genau das richtige für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in der Natur. 150 Meter vom Meer (Felsbucht) bzw. 2,5 km zum Sandstrand Li Cossi. 2 Schlafzimmer, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer und ein offenes Gästezimmer, außerdem ein 15m Pool (geöffnet 15.6. - 15.9.).
