Mountain Home Reservoir for fishing 5 min, 30 min from Great Sand Dunes National Park. 75 min to Red River, NM ski resort and Red River Brewery, 10 minutes to Fort Garland. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in the beautiful San Luis Valley. Newly built one bedroom attached to our barn. You will have your own entrance 100 feet away from our main house. The space has a queen bed with a pull out couch. There is a small kitchen for your convince. Come experience the tranquility that the magical San Luis Valley has to offer.

New one bedroom house, 780 square feet. Nine-foot ceilings, full kitchen, huge picture windows with mountain views in all directions. Heavy on wood, log, and cabin design. Iron pipe prevalent as well. Large deck with chairs, table, gas BBQ. New for 2025 small gazebo with propane fire pit, seating, table. Stay protected from wind and sun, incredible views.
