The concept emerged from our willingness to build an inspiring place that is aligned with the expectations of our community. We are currently working with a Canadian architect to reimagine this beautiful site. The interior design is going to be modern, minimalist, stylish and most importantly - comfortable. Located in scenic Trout River and surrounded by Gros Morne National Park, Ocean Breeze B&B is a newly renovated saltbox house located on the water. Ocean Breeze is a 10 km from The Tablelands and 2 km from the Green Gardens hiking trail. As well as minutes from local hiking trails, guided tours, fine dining, and the well known beautiful Trout River Boardwalk. L'emplacement est sur la rue Principale face au chemin du Quai de Cap-aux-Meules où se trouve le port, le lieu d'embarquement du traversier, le départ des excursions en mer, le quai des pêcheurs, les petites boutiques, une boulangerie artisanale, une épicerie qui tient les produits du terroir, la poissonnerie avec des repas préparés et un bar-terrasse.

The site is made up of Gaspesian cabins built in the 1970s. The site is being renovated. Several works are planned for the next few years. Located on the seafront, the cabins have stunning views and offer access to a private bay.
