Sit on large deck, fish from the bank or launch your kayak from our private ramp. Relax and enjoy the stars at nightfall.

We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There are 2 tvs/w Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. The Sugar Magnolia River House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath privately owned home located on Wildcat Shoals on the White River. A relaxing atmosphere where you can catch trophy trout right from the backyard. Relax with either our inside all glass living room or one of our several porches with a fantastic view of the White River. We have excellent wade & bank fishing access, and a short walk to the Wildcat Shoals boat launch. Many record browns have been caught and released from our backyard
