Less than 5 mins walk to a number of restaurants, cafes, playgrounds, beach-side bars and train station. Supermarket and train station 10 mins walk. The apartment is very quiet, residing on a street with traffic restricted to local residents only. You will not find another location as quiet as this yet so close to the heart of Cottesloe beach.
