Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. National Park theme. Dog friendly, but see house rules for requirements. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood which has great restaurants, 5 wine tasting rooms antique shops and boutiques I do live here and take great care of my home.
