We are next door to Leebeen Park with its beautiful playground and lake and a short 2 minute drive to scenic lakes of Lough Gowna. Lovely spot for fishing lovers and kayaking.1 Minute walk/drive tothe local pubs/shops and a short 5 min drive to nearby villages Arva and Lough Gowna. 15 minute drive to Longford Town and a 20 minute to Cavan Town centre.

A 20 min drive from Carrick on Shannon. There are lovely restaurants in the area, and also the restaurant in the Hotel is lovely.
