E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. A Stones throw from the Greenway, minutes from a beautiful beach, Mountains views. Our little bit of Bliss we love to share with others.

Wiel’s Cottage near The Comeragh Mountains

Take it easy and have a getaway to a cosy 190-year-old cottage in the Irish countryside. The cottage is semi-detached and has its own private outdoor area. The cottage is located in the countryside village of Ballymacarbry which is situated at the foot of the Nire Valley and is perfect for hikers, with beautiful walking paths. Cyclists with the winding roads of the Sean Kelly circuit and walkers with the many woodland trails. The cottage is also a 10 minute drive from the Comeragh Mountains.

Our charming cosy cottage has fantastic views of the Comeragh Mountains. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, nice living room with flat screen TV. Dining area with old feature stone wall for that Irish feel. Fully equipped kitchen. Bistro outside area to take in the beautiful mountain views. Located 9km from Dungarvan to enjoy shopping and restaurants. Magical Mahon Falls for hiking enthusiasts, Waterford Greenway and Clonea Beach and the scenic Copper Coast Drive all within 15 minute drive.

Nancy’s luxury Farm House beside the Greenway

This 18th century farm house has been completely modernized to a high standard. The house is a 10 min drive to Waterford city the start of the cycle Greenway and House of Waterford Crystal and Winterval. It’s 30mins drive to kilkenny City and Mount Juliet Estate and Golf club. It’s 30mins drive to The Mahon Falls JFK Memorial Centre and the Hook Light House.Dunmore East with its famous Adventure Centre and Tramore Beach which is renowned for surfing are located within 30 mins drive also.

This new house is in a quiet neighbourhood, just off the N25 but feels as though you are in the heart of the countryside. It is in the ideal location for exploring all that Waterford has to offer. Come and stay in our beautiful little cottage just off the main N25, 5 minutes from Youghal town and 20 minutes from Dungarvan and the wonderful greenway, 15 minutes from Ardmore. Cork 40 minutes. Ideal location for a summer break with a choice of local beaches Ardmore, Whiting Bay and Youghal. Local town Youghal has many take aways that delivery and also has a wonderful choice of beautiful restaurants.
