This house is located in North Winfield, and is just a few minute drive from the Walnut Valley Festival. It's within walking distance of Southwestern College, The Kansas Veterans Home, and Cumbernauld Village. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood with some great opportunities to see wildlife like deer and turkeys while taking short walks close by. There is a garden and a screened in porch. The screen porch has a very nice queen futon, and has a great view of the garden.

We are located centrally in Winfield on East 9th ave - 5 minutes from Southwestern College, the fairgrounds where the WVFestival is held each year and great spots to eat/drink down town. The Bird House has plenty of space to spread out & make memories with loved ones. Enjoy home cooked meals in a fully equipped kitchen, coffee on the screened in porch, or comfy nights in with board games & movies. Please note that there is light traffic noise throughout the night.
