Casa are un living openspace de 50mp, un dormitor la etaj, baie cu apă caldă, bucătărie complet utilată și suprafețe vitrate generoase ca să vezi noaptea cerul. Dacă totuși îți dorești și tehnologie, o să ai AC cu inteligență artificială, SmartTV, internet Wifi in/out Starlink, XBox…

Acest apartament reprezintă un punct de plecare excelent pentru explorarea orașului, situându-se în apropierea centrului. Luminoasă și amplasată la ultimul etaj, locuința oferă o perspectivă remarcabilă asupra orașului, cu o priveliște îndepărtată spre râul Olt. O scurtă plimbare de 10-12 minute vă va conduce în inima orașului. La parterul blocului, veți găsi un minimarket, iar în jurul blocului există supermarketuri, restaurante, o brutărie, o cofetărie și chiar un centru comercial.

Cu o curte spațioasă și o grădină cu produse organice de asemenea, cu vedere spre munte, sat și pădurile din imprejurimi, aceasta căsuță oferă posibilitatea de a te bucura de natura, în tihnă. Este locul perfect pentru nomazii digitali, cu o conexiune foarte bună la internet (internet prin fibră optică). Vă rugăm să folosiți google maps pentru precizia adresei.

Situata pe Transfăgărășan, sat Oeștii Ungureni, comuna Corbeni, județul Argeș . Se închiriază integral, putem găzdui până la 6 persoane în cele două dormitoare. Livingul open space este perfect pentru socializare, bucătăria este complet dotată și utilată.Dotata cu loc pt grătar cu ceaun, hamac supradimensionat, ciubăr contra cost, loc parcare. Locul în care îți vei dori sa revii, pentru farmecul aparte al împrejurimilor. Pentru ciubăr se percepe taxa suplimentara la locație.
