The Lemon Slice

This unique place has a style all its own. Our newest venue, The Lemon Slice, is a cozy cottage perfect for a pampered get-away, with all the essential amenities. Breakfast at the Lemon Hotel is included with your stay. The cottage has an upstairs bedroom with a king size bed, an ensuite bath with large walk-in shower and soaking tub. An upstairs loft features a game room table and queen sleeper pull-out. The main level features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area.

Virginia's Triple Crown Lodge (Shuttle)

This newly renovated barn loft is located a 0.3 mile walk from the AT and just off the Transamerica Trail (cycling). This secluded retreat is located within 20 miles of Blacksburg, Fincastle, Daleville, Salem, and Roanoke. The host is an experienced AT hiker and offers shuttle service to local trailheads, grocery stores, laundromats, etc. The first 20 miles are complimentary, with a $0.67 fee per additional mile. Marigold Farm Tiny Cottage

Glamping - lovely cottage, beautiful location near AT, but no running water inside. Natural valley in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sinking Creek is in front yard, rustic farm buildings, pastures, chickens and ducks, surrounded by woods. No road noise or planes, just a gentle creek. We are a four-mile walk from where the Appalachian Trail crosses Rt. 42. We can arrange for me to pick you up and drop you off at the trail. Breakfast available with advance notice.

Log Cabin and Camp Ward Haven

This quaint log cabin for the perfect getaway. Whether you're hiking the trail and need a break, want a home base for a Tech weekend, or have a larger group camp or retreat, this is the perfect spot. The cabin includes 2 queen beds, a sunroom, sitting area, kitchen, and 3/4 bath. It’s just 40-45 min to Tech, 6 min to McAffe’s Knob, 11 min to Dragon’s Tooth and less than 20 min to Roanoke Airport and downtown shopping. Larger groups can inquire via Google.
