Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our cabin in Warblers Hideaway association is very secluded and private, yet part of a community. Enjoy reading a book in the screened in porch, or down by the river. You have access to the heated community pool, sand volleyball Court and playground. Spend the day fishing, canoeing or kayaking down the Au Sable river. We are centrally located among some of northern Michigan’s best golf courses including Garland, Treetops and Michaywé.

Situated 5 minutes North of downtown Roscommon. This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house on 8 acres is peaceful, but still close to food and fun. 3 miles south of Forest Dunes Golf Course, 1 1/2 miles south of the Mason Tract of the AuSable river, 15 minutes from the Higgins Lake state park, and surrounded by State land and National Forest. Golfing, hiking, bon fires, hunting, fishing, ATV fun, and snowmobiling are right here.

The Castaway on the Ausable River Holy Waters

Tucked into the tall pines alongside the Holy Waters. The Castaway offers an amazing location for enjoying all the AuSable has to offer. Just outside the kitchen guests will enjoy an outdoor area & firepit. The deck around the front of the home has a grill and river front view. The cabin itself sits about 200 feet back from the river. Entry into the river off the property is ankle deep rocky bottom. This is not a party destination.

Welcome to our lakehouse on KP Lake, where tranquility meets adventure amidst serene waters and lush surroundings. Take time away to relax, ski, ice skate, snowboard, cross country, ski or hike in the beautiful outdoors of upstate Michigan. Relax here after a long day of hunting, skiing, or snowboarding at Treetops Resort or Otsego Resort in Gaylord (20 minutes).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the trails and the Au Sable river around the corner with canoe rental and pick up and drop off services along with access to a pool, shooting range and more amenities at Warblers Hideaway free of charge.
