Charming 1 Bed Apt Off Route 66

Located in the heart of Sapulpa, The Hobson House is a large historic home just 1 block off Route 66. Originally built by the owner of the local lumberyard, this home carries a lot of history & charm. They built the house for themselves & the 2 apts upstairs for traveling teachers that needed a place to stay. Overall, the house has 3 apts, all w/private entrances. There is 1 larger apt downstairs & 2 smaller apts upstairs, along with a common sitting area in the front & a laundry room in back.

Katie's Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, relaxing deck on the back, outside dining beside a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

The Willow House is perfectly nestled in the little town of Sand Springs, just 15 minutes from popular spots like Gathering Place, Keystone Lake and downtown Tulsa. With a privately fenced yard, this home is the perfect space for kicking back around the outdoor bonfire or letting your furry friends run freely.
