Welcome to The Brightside ! Our guest cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Port Angeles and one mile from shorelines of beautiful Freshwater Bay! This cozy cabin is your place to relax and enjoy the nature of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. One mile to the beach and boat launch. Minutes to Discovery trails, Olympic National Park, Hurricane Rige base, Hiking, mountain biking trails , fishing, mushroom hunting, kayaking spots , surf breaks, winery's and many more fun activities close by!

The Carriage House

Our vacation rental is located on ten secluded and wooded acres on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, surrounded by lakes, hiking trails,and gorgeous sunsets on the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Our guesthouse is named The Carriage House as it sits above a three-car garage. The rental has a full kitchen and bath, with a wood burning stove in the living area. It is a quiet, peaceful and great place to relax. Enjoy our quiet yet close location, listening to the wind in the trees, not traffic going by.

Experience the Olympic Peninsula at this private, serene hideaway - surrounded by old cedars, ferns, huckleberries & more. It has all you need for a cozy getaway in the forest, including a hot tub! This home is a short 5-minute drive from a popular surf spot (Crescent Beach), miles of hiking trails (Salt Creek Recreation Area), & epic tide-pooling. Yet, it is just 20 minutes west of downtown Port Angeles - far enough to feel “away from it all,” but close enough to enjoy the town’s amenities.

(Walking access is only 2 mi away). We are nestled in the middle of the gateway to Olympic National Park, and everything this area has to offer. We are only 10 miles from Port Angeles. Come see for yourself why Lake Crescent is known for its crystal clear turquoise waters and amazing mountain views. Outdoor enthusiasts, bird watchers, and nature lovers will love this place! The cabin has a well-stocked full kitchen, a washer / dryer, a patio with gas grill, and its own private beach and dock.

Serene waterfront cabin on Lake Crescent in the Olympic National Park. The cabin has a coffee maker, a blender, a grill , a washer & dryer, and a full kitchen. Nearby is kayak rental on the lake, Spruce Railroad trail, Olympic Discovery Trail, Pyramid Peak trail, Sol Duc Hot Springs, Elwha river, Hoh rainforest, Merrymere Falls, Mt. Storm King, and more. The lake is accessible from the yard. The location and view are exceptional. This is a very relaxing and beautiful property.
