The Overlook-No Pet Fees, views and outdoor space

Lower taxes for guests than being in town (property borders the town property). Home is pet friendly with a private fenced yard. Large deck, BBQ grill, incredible views, and lots of privacy. Home has great views, amazing outdoor space, and conveniently located next to Crested Butte.. This home is a duplex, but none of the space is shared between the two units. Cozy house located in historic district of CB at quiet end of Elk Ave. Located in ideal spot right opposite Rumors coffee/book shop, close to many award winning restaurants & independent stores. Free bus to mountain only a block away. The house is quaint & cozy & has a European feel. For larger groups or longer stays there is another house (airbnb number 20882391) that rents for 30 nights or longer. A huge saving as no tax is due on rentals over 30 nights.
