Our unique place has a style all its own. Located on five acres there is always something in bloom on our property. This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area.

Immerse yourself in nature with over 20 wooded acres and 2000 feet of water frontage and trails on Big Coldwater Creek. Quiet, tranquil and peaceful are how most guests describe their stay at The Wandering Path. Being in nature has a significant impact on mental and physical health. You will leave here feeling refreshed and recharged. Kayak, canoe, hike, fish or relax the day away. You can swim, fish, or float as much you like and walk as far as you can see. 5 minutes away you can take a walk down the quaint city of Florala which offers many antique stores and the beautiful Lake Jackson. Visit Destin with its white sand beaches, PDL Springs, Vortex Springs, or Econfina all within an hour. Please ask about water level of lake before booking!

You can do so fun antiquing in Florala too. Beach House Blue is great for relaxing, separated bedrooms for privacy, wonderful outdoor space and a fenced in back yard. Enjoy the space, the two kings, one queen and one full bed.

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.
