Come to the country with pastures in your back yard and enjoy the privacy of 52 acres, 5 potential rental units (if you have a large crowd), a beautifully remodeled farm house and all of this just 1 hour to the beaches of Destin! Easy drive with one stop light before you hit the beach. This property offers space for a family getaway and will the perfect place to make memories that last a lifetime. This home is a 5/3 and lovely back porch overlooking the pastures.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin on 11 acres/2 beautiful ponds. Only 15 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Take a walk "out back" on Eglin's Reservation and true Florida nature trails. Visit our horses at the stable; give them a carrot or two. Have a horse? Bring him with you! We board our Horse Guests too! Trail ride your horse one day and go to the beach the next day! Need more rooms? STABLE CABIN and NUT HOUSE Listings are on the property too!

You will Enjoy exploring the nearby Coldwater Creek during the day, Or if you rather relax on the most beautiful beaches in Florida, it is a short drive. After a busy day, enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset or watch the deer as they approach the fields from the East. Please understand we are still improving the outdoors with additional landscaping.

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.

There is a boat ramp, boat house, 4 kayaks and life jackets for guest use. Easily visit Navarre Beach, vibrant Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, or Ponce de Leon Springs.
